How an order is filled: the order goes to our partner in China, whose facility holds the bags, packs the one you chose within 2 to 3 business days and dispatches it with a cross-border carrier, with the US import duties paid before the package lands. A US carrier delivers it 10 to 12 business days later. Support in Illinois watches the tracking, answers your questions and issues refunds. A returned bag travels back to the partner’s facility, at the address in the RMA email.

The bags are made by manufacturers that supply the partner, not designed or altered by the company, and they carry no brand name of their own. There is no loyalty program, no newsletter and no social media account for the store, so any page using the PrettyPettyMerch name elsewhere is not the store.
