Unless a listing says leather
PU faux leather: polyurethane, a plastic coating bonded to a fabric backing and finished to look like leather. Every bag sold here is made of it. No bag on this site is leather, and no listing calls one leather, because the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides for Select Leather and Imitation Leather Products require a material that looks like leather to be named for what it is. Linings are polyester or nylon where the maker lists one, and hardware is gold-tone, silver-tone or bronze-tone plated metal.
If a bag measures differently from its listing
Maker’s figure: the size, strap drop or weight printed in a listing, taken from the manufacturer’s own specification and repeated unchanged. Support does not measure the bags, since the bags never pass through Illinois. A soft bag can differ from the maker’s figure by up to 2 cm (about 0.8 in) in any dimension, and a figure given in centimeters is the original; the inch figure beside it is a conversion. A difference larger than 2 cm in any one dimension makes the bag not as described, and the return then follows the Refund and Returns Policy with nothing charged to you.
Whenever a color looks different on your screen
Screen color: the way your phone or monitor shows a photo. A burgundy bag can look red on one screen and brown on another, and a cream bag can look white. The color name in the listing is the one to rely on. A plain mismatch between the bag and the color named is covered by the Refund and Returns Policy; a shade that looks slightly different from a photo is not.
If a bag is bought to carry one thing
Your own check: the judgment you make before ordering about whether a bag suits you. Read the maker’s figures against the things you carry. A 13 x 18 x 5 cm phone bag holds a phone and a few cards and nothing more; a 41 x 26 x 12 cm hobo holds a tablet. Check whether a strap adjusts, whether the listing counts a pocket and whether the bag zips or snaps. The store does not advise on which bag to buy for a laptop, a trip or a dress code.
If a delivery date on this site is read as a promise
Delivery estimate: the 12 to 15 business days quoted on the Shipping Policy, that is, 2 to 3 business days for packing followed by 10 to 12 business days in transit. It is an estimate drawn from past packages, not a promise of a date. Weather, customs inspections and carrier backlogs can push it out, and the Shipping Policy says what happens when they do.

Scope of this page: the whole of prettypettymerch.com, including product listings, photos, policy pages and emails sent about an order. Everything is published as accurate at the time of writing. Prices, stock and the catalog change; a page is corrected when a mistake is found, and the corrected version applies from the moment it is published.
If something goes wrong beyond the bag itself
Liability: the amount the store can owe you over an order. The cap is what you paid for that order, bags and shipping charge together. The store is not responsible for knock-on losses, for instance an event missed, an item damaged inside a bag, or a second bag bought elsewhere while a refund was pending. Rights that your state’s law grants and forbids waiving stay in place whatever this page says.
