Terms and Conditions
This page applies to every visit to prettypettymerch.com and every order placed on it, and it forms the agreement between you and the company that runs the store.
If the seller’s name is needed
Seller: the company you buy from. It is TEJA TRIPLETT FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4915798, whose mailing address is 244 S 11th Ave Apt 2W, Maywood, IL 60153, United States. PrettyPettyMerch is the store name under which the company trades. The address receives mail and keeps records; it holds no bags and accepts no returns. Support answers at contact@prettypettymerch.com and +1 (708) 621-4769.
Unless a listing says otherwise
Listing: a product page, with its photos, its description, its maker’s figures and its price. Every bag is described as PU faux leather, and none is leather. Sizes, strap drops and weights are the manufacturer’s figures and can differ by up to 2 cm (about 0.8 in) on the bag in your hands. Photos are taken under studio light, and a screen changes colors. The Disclaimer explains how far each figure can be relied on.
If a price is wrong
Price: the figure on a listing and at checkout, in US dollars, with no sales tax added. Checkout charges the figure it showed you, never a later one. A plain mistake, such as the Women’s Fold-Over Faux Leather Tote Bag in Black at $3.79 instead of $37.99, is not binding: support emails you within 1 business day with the correct price, and you confirm or cancel for a full refund within 3 business days. Stock is not guaranteed until the partner’s check confirms it, and an out-of-stock bag follows the Shipping Policy.
Once an offer to buy is made
Contract: the binding agreement to sell you a bag. Your order is an offer. The order confirmation email is a receipt for the payment, not an acceptance. The contract forms when the partner dispatches the bag and the dispatch email goes out. Until then the seller can decline the order and refund it in full, for a pricing error, an out-of-stock bag, a failed order review or an address outside the delivery area.
Once the amount due is charged
Charge: the payment taken for the order. Payment is taken in full at the moment the order is placed. The Payment Policy covers methods, declines and holds.
Until the 9-hour window closes
Cancellation: the order stopped before dispatch. Email support within 9 hours of placing the order with the confirmation number, and every dollar comes back within 3 business days. After that window the bag has to come back under the Refund and Returns Policy. The same 9 hours cover a change of delivery address.
If you are under 18
Eligible buyer: a person aged 18 or over who orders for personal, non-commercial use and gives a street address in the delivery area. Anyone under 18 may use the site only through a parent or guardian, who then places the order and is the buyer.
Whenever a bag ships, comes back or is refunded
Order policies: three pages, the Shipping Policy for delivery, the Refund and Returns Policy for the way back and the Payment Policy for the charge. They carry every number: the 12 to 15 business days, the $5.90 charge and the $69 line, the 30-day window, the $0 restocking fee and the 7 business days for the money back. Where a number on this page and a number on one of them ever differ, the policy page governs. All three are part of this agreement.
Whenever the website itself is used
Acceptable use: browsing, buying and writing to support. You may not scrape the site, probe it for weaknesses, place orders with someone else’s card, post unlawful content through the contact form or use the site to send unsolicited messages. The seller can block an address or an account that does any of these.
Unless you have the seller’s written permission
Site content: the text, photos, logo and page design on prettypettymerch.com. They belong to the seller or to the parties that licensed them. You may save or print a page for your own records. Copying a listing, a photo or a policy page onto another site is not allowed.
Once an outside page opens
Third-party site: a carrier’s tracking page, PayPal, Google Maps or any other site the seller does not run. The seller is not responsible for its content, its availability or its handling of your data.
If a warranty is expected beyond this page
Warranty: a promise about how a bag will perform. The seller promises that the bag you receive matches its listing within the limits set out on the Disclaimer and that it arrives undamaged, and the Refund and Returns Policy fixes it when it does not. Beyond that, no further warranty is given on the bags or the site, as far as Illinois law lets a seller withhold one. Rights that your state’s consumer law gives you and does not let you waive are untouched.
If a loss goes beyond the price of the order
Liability cap: the most the seller can owe you over one order. It is the amount you paid for that order, bags and shipping charge included. Knock-on losses, an event missed or a second bag bought elsewhere, are excluded as far as Illinois law allows.
If your breach of these terms costs the seller money
Indemnity: your agreement to cover the seller’s costs that come from your own misuse of the site or from an order placed with a payment method you were not entitled to use. It does not cover anything the seller or its partners did wrong.
Whenever a disagreement cannot be settled by email
Written talks: the step before any court case. Email support, describe the problem and the remedy you want, and give the seller 50 days from that email to answer and settle. Only after those 50 days may either side file. There is no arbitration clause, and a small claims case in your home county stays open to you where the law allows it.
Unless an event is outside anyone’s control
Force majeure: an event neither side could prevent, such as a storm, a strike, a customs shutdown, a carrier failure or an epidemic. A delay caused by one is not a breach of this agreement. A package delayed by one still follows the Shipping Policy’s rules for a stalled or lost package.
If a case is filed after the written talks
Governing law: the law that decides a dispute over this agreement. It is the law of the State of Illinois, together with applicable federal law, and the courts are the state or federal courts serving Cook County, Illinois. Nothing here removes a consumer protection that the law of your own state gives you.
If a court strikes one clause out
Severability: the rule that the rest of the agreement survives when one clause is held invalid. The invalid clause is replaced by the nearest valid reading, and every other clause stays in force.
Whenever the whole agreement is needed
Entire agreement: this page together with five others as published on the day you order: the Payment Policy, the Disclaimer, the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Returns Policy, plus the Shipping Policy. An email from support can explain these pages but cannot change them.
Whenever these terms change
Revision: a change to this page. It takes effect when published, with the date below updated. An order placed before a revision is governed by whichever version was published at the time of the order. This version applies from Oct. 16, 2026.
